As an online retailer, Vintageaholic takes care to give you full details in both the photos and the item description. 

We take all our photos in natural light and don’t alter them afterwards. However there may be a difference between what the eye sees IRL, what a website displays in a digital photo and how it’s displayed on your computer or device. 

We do not pin our clothes onto mannequins, which means you see them au natural and we tell you what size mannequin is wearing the clothes in the description too.

We check the item condition thoroughly inside and out and list any defects or errors honestly - we don't want you to be disappointed with your lovely new Vintage purchase. 

Vintage items are usually pre-owned and pre-worn. We store all our items in a clean, dry store and in plastic coverings. All are hung on wooden hangers because wire hangers are a no-no.

We take excellent care of our items but do not routinely clean them before they are sold - that'll be up to you as the new owner. 

We measure the item by hand and give it in inches as well as centimetres, so you can see how the vintage sizing works for you. 

All of this is done so you can trust the item description before you buy.  

In the past some purchasers have returned items damaged, in poor condition or worn. With one-off items that ruins their value and condition and renders them impossible to sell.

Vintage items are unique, special and cannot be replaced. For that reason we do not accept returns. 

The description you see here is so detailed, it's like you are looking at it in a shop.
